Delivery
Delivery is free anywhere in India. Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2 working days of payment. Most orders arrive in 4 to 7 working days. We send you the tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as it ships.
Payment
We accept UPI and bank transfer. We only share payment details after confirming your order on WhatsApp, from +91 76650 16201. We never ask for OTPs, PINs, card numbers or send payment links. A receipt is sent for every payment and an invoice comes with the parcel.
Returns & exchange
If your parcel arrives damaged, or the suit is different from what was confirmed on WhatsApp, send us an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Stitched and semi-stitched suits can be exchanged for another size within 3 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed and with tags on. Unstitched fabric cannot be returned once it has been cut, washed or stitched, so please check it before giving it to your tailor.
Colours may look slightly different on different phone screens. If you want to be sure, ask us for a video of the suit in daylight before you pay.
Privacy
We use your name, phone number and address only to confirm and deliver your order. If you sign up for WhatsApp updates, we keep your name and number only to send you news about new stock and offers, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP. We do not share or sell your details, and we do not store any card or bank information. This website does not use tracking cookies.
